Iron Moose Auto Works is an independent, locally owned automotive repair business on Water Street in Waterville, serving drivers throughout Central Maine — including Winslow, Oakland, Fairfield, Benton, Sidney, Vassalboro and Clinton.

It exists to give people in the Waterville area a straightforward option for vehicle repair: clear recommendations, dependable work, and appointment times that actually fit around a job and a family.

This is an owner-operated shop, and much of the work is performed personally by the owner. When you talk about your vehicle, you are talking to the person working on it.

That means no service writer in the middle, no upsell script, and no surprises added to the bill. If something else turns up while your vehicle is apart, you will hear about it before any additional work is done.

You will be told what the vehicle needs, what can reasonably wait, and what it will take to put it right. Then it is your call.
